Company Christmas lunch

The big company event of the year is the Christmas lunch. It is possible to book Restaurant Tight every Friday in November and December until Christmas Eve.

The event is from 6pm - 1am and consists of our lovely twisted Christmas menu and a free soft bar from start to finish with the last drink at 12:30am.

25% deposit upon booking - Non-refundable.

Final remaining payment min. 14 days before - After that 50% will be refunded up to 3 days before the event
Possibility to book the entire restaurant at no extra charge for a minimum of 80 guests and for a minimum of 70 guests with the purchase of a cocktail bar.

(When booking the entire restaurant, a dance floor can be arranged after dinner)

Price per person 875 DKK excl. VAT

Appetizers
Herring in vadouvan curry with lemongrass and apples. Served with capers and pickled red onion.

Miso-marinated salmon with chive emulsion, almonds, soy tapioca and fresh chives.

Crispy fried plaice fillets with shrimp and tartare sauce.

Main courses

Glazed duck with warm red cabbage and small potatoes tossed in parsley butter.

Waldorf salad with walnuts and grapes.

Herb-breaded pork tenderloin with puffed rind, apple and red onion relish and fried kale.

Bicarad sauce.

Dessert

Vanilla parfait molded in dark chocolate with cherry foam, berries, almond tuiles and crystallized white chocolate.

(Alternatively, you can order classic rice a la mande with cherry sauce for the whole party with an almond gift (gift card of 800 kr for the restaurant)

Drink menu

White wine, red wine, draft beer and soda ad libitum until 00:30 as well as coffee/tea.

Cocktail bar (From 9:00 PM) 200 DKK excl. VAT per person

5 selected cocktails and long drinks.

Snaps can be ordered according to consumption on the day and paid for at the end of the event.
