New Year
The New Year at Restaurant Tight is ushered in for all of us with the opportunity to have fun early or late.
The event is pre-booked and prepaid, so you only need to spend time getting in the mood and enjoying the start of the new year.
The menu consists of 5 courses with an accompanying wine menu and filtered water with/without sparkling water for DKK 1,049 per person and can be booked from mid-October.

Rimmed scallops
mussel consommé with elderflower, hand-peeled shrimp, pear and dill oil
Bonnet Launois - Champagne
Poached cod medallion
Beurre monté, beach crab bisque, trout roe and salt herb
Cimula - Passarina
Pheasant ballotine
Parma ham, chestnut sauce, morel foam and cranberries
Arusnatico - Valpolicella Ripasso
Beef tenderloin
Cognac sauce, pommes Dauphinoise, bimi asparagus and baked tomatoes
Renaire - Montepolciano
Chocolate ganache
Passion fruit sorbet, raspberry coulis and almond tuilles

Pumpkin dumpling
mushroom consommé, apple, roasted pumpkin seeds and crispy sage

Poached Jerusalem artichokes
Beurre monté, cauliflower soup, truffle oil and watercress
Cimula - Passarina
Stuffed mushrooms
Parsnip chips, chestnut sauce, morel foam and cranberries
Arusnatico - Valpolicella Ripasso
Aubergine gratin
Cognac sauce, pommes Dauphinoise, bimi asparagus and baked tomatoes
Renaire - Montepolciano
Chocolate ganache
Passion fruit sorbet, raspberry coulis and almond tuilles
The menu does NOT come as a children's menu, but can be adapted for children.
The price is fixed including wine menu but wine can be exchanged for alternatives at the same price.
